My Story

Selina Lim is the founder of Pivot, a company she established in 2017 to help entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals differentiate their brands and raise capital. With a strong passion for driving high-growth companies through market expansion, mergers and acquisitions and fundraising, Selina brings over two decades of leadership experience from her work across technology, data centres and professional services.

Before founding Pivot, Selina worked extensively in Europe and Asia, taking companies public, executing 15 M&As, and building marketing and business development functions for firms like KPMG and Control Risks. Recognized as one of "50 Women to Watch in Real Estate" by Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA) in 2020, her achievements in the data center industry are widely respected.

A graduate of INSEAD Business School, Selina values the pursuit of constant growth through intellectual exploration and new experiences. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys travelling, bachata dancing, and embracing the arts and philosophy, which inspire her to maintain balance, fun and continuously become the best version of herself.

This is reflected in my work with Engine Biosciences, supporting Soon Loo's journey to win the Top 10 Young Persons of the World Award and taking Procurri to an IPO on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
